At GRATIOR, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

During new releases, restocks, promotional periods or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.

UK DELIVERY

UK orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Where international delivery is available, shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by GRATIOR.
